Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order at any time before submitting the project intake form. Email hello@cretify.online with your order ID — see our Refund Policy for the applicable refund.

2. Cancelling Hosting

Hosting is billed annually. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your client portal. Your site stays live until the end of the paid period.

3. Cancellation by Cretify

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the requested project violates our acceptable-use guidelines (e.g., illegal content). In such cases a full refund is issued.
