We collect the email, name and business details you provide during signup and the project intake form, along with payment metadata returned by our payment processor (Cashfree). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your data is used solely to deliver the website you ordered, communicate about your project, and provide post-delivery support. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. Storage & Security

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. All transit is secured with TLS/SSL. Payment processing is handled by Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in to your client portal. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on cretify.online.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@cretify.online.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
