Refund Policy

1. Before Production Starts
If you have not yet submitted the project intake form, you are eligible for a full refund minus payment-gateway fees (typically ~2.5%). Email hello@cretify.online with your order ID to request it.
2. After Production Starts
Once we have begun designing and coding (i.e., after intake submission), refunds are issued at our discretion based on the work completed. We aim to be fair: if we have not delivered, you are not charged for what you did not receive. IMPORTANT: at any case weather after or before project form intake, the reason of refund (order cancellation) must be valid and reasonable and be submitted within 24 hours of payment, otherwise refunds are issued based on work completion after 48 hours.
3. Add-On Refunds
Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain is registered in your name (registrar policy). Hosting setup fees are non refundable on any case if cancelled, beacuse once the site is hosted refund is not possible with hosting provider. However if refund demanded within 48 hours, then the hosting charges can be refunded with a valid request.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
