1. Agreement

By using Cretify and placing an order on cretify.online, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of our website-build-as-a-service offering.

2. Scope of Service

Cretify delivers a productized website build for one business, with a fixed scope: professional design, mobile responsiveness, contact buttons, lead form, and source code handover. Add-ons (domain, hosting) are explicitly opted into during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

We commit to delivering a live website within 48 hours of receiving the completed project intake form and all required assets (logo, photos, contact details). The clock starts only when intake is complete.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, original (or properly licensed) media, and timely revisions feedback. You confirm you have the right to use any content you supply to us.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Cashfree. Orders are activated upon successful payment confirmation. Prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon successful delivery, the source code and designs we produce for you become your property. Cretify retains the right to display the work in our public portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cretify is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting, domain registrars, or services outside our direct control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
